- No Warning sign was placed on the small claims dismissal form that a case dismissed without prejudice could be deemed adverse and finally determined against you 7 years in the future. The appellate court then made up their own facts to claim my cases were dismissed with prejudice when they were not.

- The court has NO robust document control system that keeps documents from being mislabeled and court orders and evidence hidden court orders.  Judge ALEC hid two (2) small claims court orders. In another case, the heading of a case is incorrect which enabled the judge to claim that one case was exactly like another when they were not.

- The court does NOT place the court transcript on the public court docket to allow the public to view the entire case and thereby defaming the victim with the public court docket.​​​

- Private companies are allowed to list court orders as a priority in an internet search without giving the victim a chance to respond.

Trump's defamation case was worth millions. What should the damages for government defamation be and how does the statute of limitations apply to a government defamation? 

 

What if as a result of the court publishing an order - because the transcript is not made publicly available - the public believes the order correct and unbiased, they person sustains damage after 15 years after being subjected to a government defamation? Is it actionable to sue the government 15 years later. 

 

I say yes, because the defamation is based on fraud - fraud by an order that cannot be validated by the public docket because the transcript is not put on the public court docket along with the other documents for the case and the private company publishing the order has not allowed the victim to respond. Both instances equate to a fraud, which is not covered by the statute of limitations.

 

Any attorney who takes this case that should be worth $5,00,000 in Trump terms can keep 65% of what they recover. We need consequences for judges who currently have immunity for dishonesty.​​
